Let me tell you why. Shortly after turning 40, around the same time the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I stocked up on every possible supplement that could protect me and my family. It was then that I learned, through my own experience, that we don’t live in an ideal world – quite the revelation, right? 😉 The reality is that our incredible body, while designed to function perfectly in its original environment, is not equipped to deal with today’s fast-paced, toxin-filled world. A world filled with chemicals, metals, depleted soils, relentless stress, and highly processed food stripped of nutritional value. And if you add to that the unaffordable prices of organic produce, we don’t stand a chance.
